Been exercising by watching YouTube videos for a month, but can’t seem to lose weight? Maybe something is wrong. Many times we do various exercises without knowing. But don’t pay attention to accessories. That doesn’t make your workout work. See what those mistakes are?

1. Not getting enough exercise


Maybe you’re exercising regularly. But that is not enough. Suppose your goal is to lose 10 kg. But the amount of exercise you are doing will not reduce more than 5 kg. So tailor your workout to your goals.

2. Exercising without knowing

3. Lack of sleep

4. Exercising too much and hitting the gym all the time

 However, the results may be reversed. Remember that if you do too many workouts, your muscles will be tired all the time. Set aside one day a week for rest.

5. Doing only cardio

The cardio you do during your workout is essential. It gives you good sweat, increases metabolism, and maintains your heart healthy. Cardio is important for the body. But only doing cardio—or doing too much of it—can actually add to the problem. Longer cardio sessions, like staying on the elliptical for 90 minutes or going for regular 10-mile runs, might eat away at your lean muscle mass, which is necessary for boosting your metabolism and burning more calories.

6. Diet and water


Exercise alone won’t work out. A little attention should also be paid to eating. If you are happy that you have exercised for an hour and eaten a lot of sweets, then it will not work. Also want to drink enough water. 

Try to drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water, especially in summer. Otherwise, no exercise will work.
