14. Healthy Chocolate Caramel Bar

This caramel bar is super-satisfying. The recipe notes say you need about one pound of cream cheese, about two sticks of instant chocolate, and about a half cup of evaporated milk. You stir it all together until smooth, then spoon it into molds. Then roll it into little balls, wrap it in wax paper, and put it in the freezer for about an hour.
